About you:

You are a senior/principal/architect-level software engineer who has significant backend engineering experience. You are passionate about your work and excited about working on products that millions of users will see. You enjoy being involved in the conversation around technology and ad product decisions and aren’t afraid to voice your opinions to help improve the product.

Your Responsibilities:

• Continue developing and maintaining our ad monetization platform
• Value quality and know how to balance that with pace
• Work closely with Product and Design to deliver an intuitive ad platform that our end users love

Your Qualifications:

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• Experience working on ad tech architecture and ad products
• 6+ years of professional experience with backend development. We use PHP, Go, Javascript, and node.js, but we are language-agnostic - you will have a say in what technology we should use going forward
• Experience building and deploying quality code to monetize products. You will deploy our ads with confidence!
• Experience with Agile methodologies and automated testing – we use TravisCI to test and deploy our code
• Experience working on microservice-oriented architecture a big plus!
